1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Viivee Story Book, you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
Viivee Story Book is a platform for reading original stories — text and illustrations. Some chapters are free; the rest are unlocked one at a time with tokens you buy.
Until December 6, 2026, every published chapter is free to read for signed-in readers. From that date, tokens are needed to unlock chapters that aren’t free previews.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have a parent or guardian’s permission if your local law requires it. We ask for your birthday when you sign up to check this, and by creating an account you confirm that you agree to these terms.
4. Tokens & Payment
Token packs are bought through Paystack as one-time payments. Nothing renews, and we never see or store your card details directly. Spending tokens unlocks a chapter for your account, and it stays unlocked. The price in tokens is shown before you confirm, and a later price change doesn’t affect chapters you have already unlocked.
Tokens don’t expire, have no cash value, can’t be transferred to another account, and can’t be exchanged for money.
Prices are shown in your chosen currency before you pay, and the amount charged is the amount shown. Your bank may add its own conversion or international fees, which we don’t control.

5. Content & Access
Unlocking a chapter gives you access to read it — it doesn’t transfer ownership of it to you. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or resell any story content.
6. Community & Comments
Signed-in readers can comment on stories and chapters. Comments are public to other signed-in readers, shown with your display name and profile photo. You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to display it on the service.
Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit, don’t post spam, don’t harass anyone, and don’t share other people’s personal information. Please avoid spoilers outside the discussion of the chapter they belong to. You can tag another reader by their display name; don’t use tags to pester or target anyone.
Readers can report a comment. Comments may be hidden or removed, and repeat offenders may be suspended. You can delete your own comments at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
Don’t attempt to bypass token or unlock requirements, tamper with balances or payments, scrape or bulk-download content, or use the service in a way that disrupts it for others.
Our support channel is for genuine questions and problems about the service. Don’t use it to send abusive, unlawful, or deceptive messages, or files that are meant to cause harm (such as malware). We may limit or remove access to support for someone who misuses it.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We’ll update the date above when we do.
11. Governing Law
[Not yet set — depends on where the business is formally registered, which hasn’t been decided yet. Don’t guess a country here; fill in once that’s settled.]

Like the privacy policy, this describes Viivee Story Book’s actual setup rather than generic boilerplate, but it isn’t a substitute for real legal review — particularly sections 4 and 11, which are business decisions still waiting to be made, not just legal wording waiting to be polished.
